i.e.

S = SWAGE

R = RE-USABLE

P = PUSH-ON

MODULE 2 Style Numbers:

These 2 Series Code Numbers denote the

coupling end connection type and configuration.

All couplings are allocated these 2 series code numbers.

e.g.

Series Code # 51

End Connection; BSPP Swivel Nut Female

Configuration; 90° Swept Bend

Series Code # 29

End Connection; JIC Swivel Nut Female

Configuration; 90° Compact [Forged Type]

MODULE 3 Coupling End Size Numbers:

These 2 numbers denote the nominal size of the end connection.

Sizes are expressed as follows:

English/American Threads:

Expressed in 1/16th of an inch increments denoting the

key diameter.

e.g. -08 = 8/16 = 1/2"

-12 = 12/16 = 3/4"

Metric Threads:

Expressed in millimetres with prefix 'M'

e.g. - M10 = 10mm OD thread.

Flanges:

Nominal Flange Size -Sizing refers to

maximum bore I.D. of Flange Head

e.g. A -12 Flange Head would have a maximum bore I.D. of 3/4" (19mm)

MODULE 4 Hose Tail O.D. Numbers:

These 2 numbers denote the nominal O.D. of the Hose Tail and the I.D. of the Hose to suit.

Sizes are expressed in 1/16th of an inch increments

e.g. 08 = 8/16 = 1/2"; 20 = 20/16 = 1 1/4".
